By accessing or using The Self-Date Academy™ application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Self-Date Academy™ is an educational platform providing curriculum, journaling tools, habit tracking, community features, AI coaching, financial self-leadership modules, and decluttering guidance for personal development.

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Access to the full curriculum requires an active subscription at $97/month.
  • Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until canceled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store or payment provider.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Use the Service for personal educational purposes only.
  • Not share, copy, or redistribute curriculum content.
  • Respect other community members in shared spaces.
  • Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's security.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, branding, frameworks (including SEE Yourself™, ENGAGE Yourself™, LEAD Yourself™, FULFILL Yourself™, SELF Framework™, Self Leadership Index™, and Self-Date™), instructional materials, and associated intellectual property are owned by The Self-Date Academy™ and Nakedia Owens. All rights reserved.

6. Educational Disclaimer

The Service provides educational content for self-awareness and personal development. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice from qualified professionals. The Self-Date Academy™ and its instructors are not responsible for decisions made based on curriculum content.

7. AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI Coach feature provides encouragement, reflection prompts, and educational support. It is not a licensed therapist, medical professional, or crisis counselor. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Self-Date Academy™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior toward the community.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
